Excellent place with its excellent wifi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. I remember how they aided me in finding my lost ID card during my first visit. Always a great experience!

Staff is outstandingly accommodating and you can park your car nearby. The location is central. The hotel is located in a very quiet area very close to a train station...
The room is very very small.

Location: the hotel was just off the tourist activities and the bus station. The service offered was nice.

The location is prime, only a 5-minute walk from the train station and 20-30 minutes from key sights like the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Spacious rooms make returning after a long day of exploring a real treat.
Had a few hiccups . My room key failed on the first day, forcing me to trek to reception each time I needed access. The decor seems dated, reminiscent of the '80s, and the shower's temperature fluctuations were a pain, one moment boiling, the next freezing. Breakfast options were mediocre, with limited hot food selections, and the noise level during breakfast made it hard to enjoy. I noticed no irons available for business needs or even complimentary water in the mini fridge, barely functional.

We had room number 606. It's a dream! The terrace is huge. The bedroom looks wonderful and the bed is very comfortable. This room is highly recommended. The whole hotel is recommended!
There is nothing to complain about!

The terrace with a view
The spacious room had a fine terrace overlooking the city, perfect for evening relaxation. The staff were extraordinarily kind, providing us with amazing local tips for our adventures.
The shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably, a bit concerning, especially for my children. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise good stay.

But the hotel is very well situated for exploring the city. Metro stops nearby (Termini), but some points are already within walking distance (Colosseum, etc.). The congress centre is directly opposite.
The inner courtyard is ugly, the street side is noisy (almost at any time of the day or night). But this is more or less normal for city hotels.

We asked for a restaurant tip at the reception and were ripped off massively in the recommended restaurant.

The location, very close to the metro and the main station. Walking distance less than 5 minutes. Very friendly staff.
Rooms facing the street are very noisy. No roof terrace.

I went to Rome with my mother, so we chose a hotel that was near the station and all the local transports, as I have some difficulty in walking,so we wanted something comfortable, not too expensive and a home away from home. Well we were both very happy with the service, everything was very clean, the mattress very of excellent quality and very comfortable. All the towels besides the bath towels, were made of pure cotton, the old fashion way that was found in good first class hotels in the olden days. The bed sheets were made of pure cotton , which is so much better than the sheets with polyester. If I go back to Rome I will certainly go back to the hotel and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. The price was just right , which included a lovely breakfast with lots of variety for the different appetites.
only 1 little thing, the check-in was rather too late at 14h or 2pm, we were really tired and had to sit around for about 2 hours since our flight had come in rather early to Rome.It was difficult to walk around with our suitcases.
